Power On Your MAG Box

Connect your MAG box to your TV via HDMI and to your router via ethernet for the best connection. Power it on and wait for it to boot.

Find Your MAC Address

Navigate to System Settings → Network → Advanced → and note your device MAC address. You will need to provide this to PROTVHUB when ordering.

Enter the Portal URL

Go to System Settings → Servers → Portals → Portal 1 URL → and enter the PROTVHUB portal URL provided in your welcome email.

Restart and Stream

Restart your MAG box. The PROTVHUB portal will load automatically, giving you access to all 26,000+ channels with a full EPG guide.

Which MAG box is best for IPTV?

MAG 322, MAG 420W1, and MAG 524W3 are all excellent for IPTV. The MAG 524 supports 4K. For a budget option, the MAG 322 handles HD content well.

Do I need to provide my MAC address?

Yes. MAG boxes use MAC address authentication. When ordering PROTVHUB for a MAG box, provide your device MAC address (found in System Settings → Network) and we will register it for your subscription.
