Step-by-Step Setup Guide for Kodi with PVR IPTV Simple Client

Kodi is an open-source media centre available on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, Firestick, and Raspberry Pi. The built-in PVR IPTV Simple Client add-on makes it compatible with any M3U playlist.

Install Kodi

Download Kodi from kodi.tv for your device. Version 19 (Matrix) or 20 (Nexus) recommended.

Enable PVR IPTV Simple Client

In Kodi, go to Add-ons → My Add-ons → PVR Clients → PVR IPTV Simple Client → Enable.

Configure with Your M3U URL

Open PVR IPTV Simple Client → Configure → General → M3U Playlist URL → paste your PROTVHUB M3U URL → OK. Restart Kodi when prompted.

Access Your Channels

After restart, go to TV or Live TV from the Kodi home screen. Your 26,000+ channels will appear. The EPG will load automatically if your XMLTV URL is configured.
